Glyfada offices

Concept scheme design for some new flexible office space, situated on a coastal plot in the Southern Athens suburb of Gylfada. The design is arranged around shifting floor plates, with interiors based on a square grid layout to allow for flexibility in the sub-division of spaces within the building.

The protruding floors allow for effective shading to the inside during periods of the hot Athens sun, while glazed inner facades allow good light levels and view outside.
