Notting Hill

Refurbishment and conversion of a four storey townhouse situated in the conservation area of Notting Hill, West London. Arranged over four floors, the basement was converted to a more open plan arrangement for kitchen and dining spaces, whilst the original room layouts were largely retained to the remaining levels. Technical enhancements to the existing building were made through added floor insulation, reinforcement of the structure and damp proof course treatment to the solid brick walls.
